Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.
The credit or debit card used to place the reservation will be required upon arrival to register. The hotel will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, tax, and resort fees, as well as an incidental amount per day to allow access to room charging privileges. The customer service is very unfriendly but bell boy is friendly people. I booked 2 rooms but they placed us on different building; I have pay for upgrade to be in the same building, it didn’t make sense

The motor Lodge has a horrible smell, lacking maintenance, our room had a fist-size hole in the bathroom door and stains everywhere. I asked to pay for an upgraded room, which they said I could. I went to that room, which was supposedly the best option of any of their rooms and found pubic hairs in the bathtub along with other questionable fluids on surfaces. I spoke with the front desk and let them know that I would not be staying there and I was told they understood and that they would put in the notes that they would allow for a refund through Expedia. They said they could not refund me the upgrade fee. I paid directly to them or the other fees. Expedia told me they could not refund me the upgrade fee that I paid while I was there and needless to say the manager at the hotel put in the notes that I did not contact anybody at the front desk about a refund so Expedia could not refund my money.

A little dated but clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Perfect for families. There is an actual circus and midway games. A short walk to most places. Overall it was a good experience. Plenty of places to eat also. It’s a three star property so that is what you get.
