"Customer service was great; I called in to let the front desk know that I will be checking in very late due to road closures getting there. The staff emphasized he will be there all night and not to worry. Maintenance can be improved. Upon arrival, the heater wasn't working well so I was sleeping in the cold. Told the front desk and was fixed by next night. The water in the sink and bathtub does not drain so well leading it to flood at times. Overall was a great experience and stay."

"We stayed at the Marina Rivera - the main hotel is under construction so we were across the way at the cabins. Check-in and out were via the app and the cabin had all the amenities you could need including a fireplace and board games. Close by is the new Tropicali restaurant which I highly recommend and we were able to cross over the street to see the lake. We were in cabin 2 near the back which is much preferred to the cabins closer to the road. "
