Overall, beautiful hotel. However, we had some issues. First of all, we were in the check in line close to an hour after just coming off a 5 hour flight. Then we get into the room and the TV was not coming on. We noticed it was unplugged as well as the alarm clock that works as a phone charger. I plugged it in and still wasn’t working. Had to call maintenance and they showed up promptly. Dante was amazing. He fixed the issue which was the WiFi was disconnected to the TV. We also noticed the room was full of dust on the headboard, lamps and counters. In addition, we had to ask for wash cloths and the shower mat because we only had 2 towels and 2 had towels. Dante spoke to front desk for us. Manager called but only gave us a $50 meal/drink credit for the two of us. Not for each of us. Mind you, the prices for food was super expensive. Then he had housekeeping come in and clean our room as well as bring us towels and washcloths. Most likely will not return to this hotel in the near future if I return to Vegas. It’s sad because we spent a lot of money gambling in their casino.

The hotel and room was beautiful, until we noticed a pair of soft contact lenses stuck to the nightstand, all dried up. Then, my girlfriend dropped something on the floor, and reaching around to look for it, she found food under the nightstand. I also found a 1/2 empty bottle of water on the credenza and there was trash in the trash can. For as much as I paid for the room, it would seem the cleanliness would be of utmost importance. We lost confidence in the cleanliness of the room. We asked to be moved and the staff obliged and provided a credit to restaurants/bars in the hotel.

This resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing and very helpful. We tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready so the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a beautiful suite for no extra charge.

Since we checked in the staff was very kind, nice and friendly! The room was very clean and with a really great view. When housekeeping went to clean the room she was very nice too and left our bathroom very neat. Shout out to all the staff that works hardly everyday to make every guest an enjoyable stay.
