The staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. This hotel was overly hot, stuffy and old. The rooms don't cool down enough when the AC is on. Toilets are loud. The room we were first in was loud from music from another area. Shower doesn't have a door, has a partial piece of glass so the floor gets very wet and slippery, we had no hot water in the first room. Moved rooms the 2nd night. similar issues but quieter. Our room was skipped by housekeeping, we had no toilet paper. Resort fees and daily deposit added to the room make this overpriced. I would recommend these for the price.

I liked the location. I didn't like the deception of pool being in operation and yet it was closed for 5 days while we were staying there. The internet and the TV was not available most of the time. Shortage of towels Nose and disturbance from the adjacent room kept us up throughout the night The view from our room was unattractive No refrigerator .

Property is great, room was clean, and quick access to the monorail. The only down side was the expensive $40 charge for a 2hr late check out i ended up needing due to a very delayed flight.
