I opted in the housekeeping services. Somehow it was switched . Had yo send texts multiple times for towels, toilet paper. I went to the front desk and aired my complaints. I was suppose to hear from someone but never did. I was very disappointed with the service.

I usually like staying at Harris but this time I’m sad to say it wasn’t like other times. Staff checking in was rude, I had questions and they disregarded them and basically demanded my payment. We got to the rooms ( we had 2) and the beds were fine but one of bathroom in one of the rooms had no toilet paper and had a towel still hanging on a hanger.

The check-in process was horrible. I arrived at Harrahs in Vegas around 8am and I couldn't check-in without paying an early check-in fee of $50, so I agreed to it just for the hotel to not have any rooms available. I've never not been n able to check-in my hotel room and wait too be notified when the room was ready. Not at Harrahs!

I never had my room service done, only once they tried to come clean and it was around 5pm! The hotel in general is great, and location as well. But the cleaning service should Happen daily and early!
