Our stay was all we could ask for - a suite with kitchen our family used for a few in-room meals, not so much noise as a casino hotel, kind and attentive staff. All around - recommended for families and non-camblers.

I’ve stayed at Hilton’s before so I already knew the quality of service to expect and they definitely lived up to it and exceeded it as well . The property was very beautiful and breathtaking . I stayed in the studio king suite and it was very spacious and I loved having the Kitchenette even though it didn’t cook a thing lol . It was also very clean and they cleaned it everyday and kept it well stocked . They also texted me everyday to see how things were going and if I needed anything . It was the best 3 day solo trip ever . I would highly recommend this power because it’s on the strip but it’s also away from some of the noise so it’s a perfect balance of fun but also peace and quiet when you need it. Great for families with kids .

Shower water was scalding and shower head leaked. We asked them to fix. They said they would but we discovered the second night they didn't. After we asked a second time they fixed the temperature problem but not the leaking shower head. Two nights without a finctioning shower. Inexcusable. Bathroom sink area was dirty. Shower door didn't close.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Free 2 water bottles per person. Room and bathroom was super nice and new. Nice bed. Nice air conditioner they got. You get 2 water bottles per person, per day. Walkable to Metro rail. Near to the strip. Good location to stay, not crowded.

The hotel staff initially assigned us to an room, cluttered with linens, towel racks, and shampoo bottles strewn across the floor. Although they eventually agreed to provide a cleaner room, we had to wait an excessive amount of time, nearly an hour, for the doorman to deliver the new room key. This significant delay disrupted our plans for the evening. Never going back there again.
