We had a few inconveniences such as the ac in our room breaking down at mid night and having to move rooms. Luckily they made a move teo doors down and comped our stay. There was a lot of sports events going on so the hall ways were loud at night with screaming kids but security was on it. All in all it was a good stsy.

Some of the employees were helpful but others seemed to be disturbed when ask to correct a service. The noise level of constant deliveries beging made to hotel. Beer on tap was watered down.

Hotel was off the strip. The price advertised through Expedia is not the total price. You get charged a 46.00 per day resort fee. There was minimal parking. There was no fridge, no safe, and no coffee/tea available in room. Only option was $8.50 coffee in the lobby for limited hours. The casino was extremely smokey. Would not stay again.

The front lobby smells stale and horrible. I stayed in the 10th floor and apparently the rooms accross mine had a leak earlier in the afternoon. It was literally 1:28am and there was still people moving furniture around being loud. I then called to ask about late checkout and the lady who answered was having a bad day, as i was talking she just bursted out and said, nope.were busy not late checkouts and hung up. Housekeeping also came around 8am knocking loud. Horrible sleep.
