I paid a resort fee every night I stayed when I called the bell boy for the luggage he never arrived. I had to get a copy of my room key and I had to walk all the way to the horseshoe because the reception had a personal situation and was closed. I never used the gym. I never used the pool because it was extremely cold And they weren’t even kind enough to reimburse the resort fee for services that were never used nor provided.

We were in Room 1449 P I would like to comment that after charging tht amount kind of amount THIER is no tea or coffe arrangement as we find even in Motels tgat gave us very uncomfortable feeling one gets up in the morning wants to have a cup of coffe or tea in this situation one does not want to run to run down to cafe to grab it you want to take and relax we missed this very much

Everything about our stay was perfect until Wednesday night there was NO hot water. Had to get up Thursday morning 4:00 am for our flight to NO HOT WATER AGAIN. We were in room 418.
