"Great and quiet place"

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas. There is a coded gate to get into the parking lot which made it feel more secure. It was very convenient having a full well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. "Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
