I couldn’t get a handicapped accessible room for my 4 day stay. I attempted to reserve one Twice before our vacation but was never able to get through. So we end up with a basic room that was super out dated. No coffee pot, no mini fridge, no microwave. They have it written on their app that’s available only after you check in, that if you request room cleaning ,you most likely won’t get it because they don’t have the staff. Also if you are staying 4 days or more, you will get your room cleaned on the 4 th day. But you could however request towels. The hotel sent someone on our third day there to do a wellness check on us because we hadn’t request any room cleaning.. After you all made it very clear to wait till your 4 th day. I liked the casino., some of the restaurants. For the most part, the employees were nice. There were some very unfriendly ones. There’s a guy who works at one of the bars in the casino. That was a complete mean a&$hole. I’m disabled. He seen me park my scooter . Did not say a word. Waited until I climbed back up the bar stool with my husband the told me to get up and move it . Then when I got back up there I ordere a drink he said if I wanted the free drinks. That I had to gamble. I ordered a drink and he said you mean you want to pay for it?! Then he completely ignored my husbands request for a drink. He would not come back to the bar where we were. I won’t be back. We went as a 14th anniversary celebration. We had gotten married there 14 yrs ago.

Our check in was over an hour. Our room had to be reassigned. After flying and with the time change, it was 1 am our time when it was all completed. I had my elderly father with me and he was told to rest on the stairs until check in was completed. Due to him waiting there in a very uncomfortable spot he had a very difficult time walking to the room and the next day. When I book a room I expect it to be ready when I arrive. Especially when I arrive well after check in time. We were not impressed with the check in

This hotel is close to everything and lots of on-site dining available. I stayed in the gold tower and the rooms were perfectly sized . I did have to schedule housekeeping to come, but it was easy to do through the app. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenience to Fremont was fantastic. Bring your own k-cups unless you want to pay $25 for extra. Our shower drain was not working properly, notified staff and it was never addressed. Stood in ankle deep water. Resort fees were over $200 for 3 nights. Pool was closed for the season. Staff were rude when asking for a refill on our k-cups and shower concerns. Will book elsewhere in the future.

It was not the best of stays. It started off with the hotel not having our Expedia reservation and then when they finally agreed to give us a room, the room was not ready. We were told that they will text us when our room was available (which did not happen, we finally called around 7pm to see if a room was assigned to us and it was). We were in one of the corner suite of the Rush Tower and would have given this property a higher rating if the walls weren't so thin that we heard and FELT the thumping noise from the 10AM to 2AM. (we asked for another room but was told no room was available). The room itself was nice, clean and spacious. We liked the variety of restaurants available from Chick Fil A/Claim Jumpers to Chart House/Vic & Anthony's. Self-parking is free (or included with resort fee) for hotel guests and not located a mile away from the actual hotel. We also appreciate that Fremont Street Experience was right outside. But due to the thin walls, thumping noise at all hours, we would not stay here again.
