"The staffs at Bell desk and check in were fantastic, lobby is clean and quiet. A bit disappointed in the rooms, it was big but everything seemed dated. And we upgraded for the "fountain view" which was another disappointment. We could see it but diagonally at a distance sandwiched between the back of house area of Bellagio and Aria. Worst was our toilet didn't flush, the flapper in the tank wouldn't allow the tank to fill. When we called front desk in the morning the girl that answer the phone...

"The lobby and casino are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, and clean, however they are starting to show their age. Overall, would stay here again if there was a good deal on the rate. "

"You can tell been recently updated. Still needs some TLC but overall a great place to stay at an affordable price point. Location is stellar."

"Nice place"

"It’s an older hotel and was “mostly” clean (had to clean hair left in the bathroom). You can hear people coming down the stairs and walking on the 2nd floor which is problematic if you have a dog with you. Asked to move to the 2nd floor away from the stairs and was told I would get a call back. Had to send my husband to the front desk after not hearing back. Finally switched rooms."
