Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end. "

"Well located hotel within a 10 minute stroll to nearest exit of East Ginza subway station. At least two convenience stores within a minute's walk away. Hotel is clean, staff is polite, check in and out is smooth and hassle free. Small point - front desk forgot to return my passport upon check-in after they xerox a copy, thought it was a new procedure until I felt it was not very right lol."
