"Everything about her stay here was great, check-in was easy, staff very helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean and the views were amazing. Rooms are a little small, but perfect enough for what you need. Not there to spend time in the room anyways. The bathrooms were large and tub was great! I hope that they figure out a way to make viewing Godzilla outside safe again cause it was a bummer that it was supposed to be able to walk out on that balcony. A ton of restaurants and if you wanna feel like you’re truly Tokyo, this is definitely a spot to be. Would recommend. "

"Very clean and hospitable. Calling the front desk for housekeeping was not easy- often no one picked up. So it was difficult to get my rubbish taken away when my bin was full (id opted to save energy and not have daily cleans). However the stay was great! I loved the area and it had good transport links. "
