"Keio Plaza was a great place to stay to explore Tokyo. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection of Japanese and non-Japanese options, and the location was super convenient to get to Shinjuku station. There are also a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel, and even a 7-eleven on the ground floor."

"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This...

"The hotel is lovely, well maintained & the rooms are clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff is very hospitable, helpful & friendly. Very nice option when you’ve arrived after a 10 hour international flight. Many convenient options for dinner & shopping. The spa is wonderful as well. "

"Beautiful property, loved the indoor pool and spa services offered. Having 2 lawson stores in the lobby were very convenient. Having shuttles that could take you to the nearest train station was also very convenient and being able to find your way around was very easy with all the signage and help from all the staff. "

"The staff were super helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the lifts were a bit slow to arrive but manageable once we knew to leave a bit earlier. The courtesy bus transport was very useful to get to and from the train station, although quite crowded at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend."
