"It was very quiet and clean. Not much to do around the area, but it is easy access to stations. "

The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome)."

"Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"

"Great location right next to JR Okachimachi and walkable distance to Ueno Room is decently spacious and comfortable. Good choice for a hotel near the end of your trip if you are departing from Narita. It is quite close to the Keisei Ueno Skyliner station."
