"Very friendly and helpful staff even with various requests for amenities and luggage delivery/transport services using my limited Japanese and google translate. Key return system is a bit tedious if just going out to the nearby convenience store but the staff is always there and they're very attentive so it's not a huge flaw. Bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance and there is one going opposite direction towards downtown with many good shopping and food places right across the street corner next to the convenience store. Cleaning is only once every 3 days but that's more than plenty. You are provided fresh towels outside your room every day and they helpfully empty your trash if you leave it out as well. Overall lovely experience and would return in the future for low cost comparable to AirBnB while providing far superior accommodation and service."
