"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."

" Staff is very attentive and professional. We stayed on the Godzilla floor and it was interesting to see all of the Godzilla history items. Very good view of Tokyo from the upper floors."

"The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"

"Great hotel to stay for Tokyo Disney. Nice and spacious rooms with Disney Park views available. Right across from Bayside Station for the Tokyo Disney Resort Line. Bus transportation available as well to the parks and Maihama station. Theres a Lawson in the hotel as well as many other food options. The breakfast buffet was great as well."
