Find Hotel with a Concierge in Mid-Atlantic

"The Belvedere Hotel is located near many excellent dining options in New York City and within walking distance of Times Square. I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location."

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little...

"It was a great place to stay-6 minutes from grand central everywhere was walkable. We had accessible restaurants and breakfast spots around the corner. We felt very safe. Would recommend "

"The property had a great breakfast area with super friendly staff. The room was terribly small, making it difficult to maneuver with luggage, and had a very cramped bathroom. "

"It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience."
