"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). "The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing. "I really like staying in the Time Square area of Manhattan and Hampton Inn was an ideal location, close to transportations, dining, entertainment, ect. Staff were very nice and hotel/rooms were very clean. Some improvements are needed for breakfast as it is quite basic. I will definitely come back."
