"This was the perfect weekend with an awesome wake up on Saturday to an unexpected covering of snow! Oh i know we will be back!"

"View of hotels was amazing. But when I check in, the guest service agent was not professional. We booked 2 night 3days and including 2 breakfast. The service agent didn't checked our breakfast, so nextday morning we have to pay our meal. We had to figure out what was wrong, it consumed our time. Please train the receptionists."
