"Very minimalistic. Right in the heart of South Beach. No views from the room had this time (been there three times) but some rooms do face the ocean. "

Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! She greeted us daily and made sure we were always being taken care of!"

"Limited food options, Starbucks and poolside pub setting. Room power supplies need to be refreshed with new receptacles for AC, USB, USC etc that work. Staff very helpful and accommodating."

"Amazing view from our 9th floor room that was also one of biggest we've ever had. Love the beach spaces available although they charge for umbrellas. Restaurant overlooking beach is also great and we had all 3 meals there. Location is great for food and beach. Very clean and modern property and wish we could have stayed longer."

"communication with non english speaking staff was difficult. Gates side of facilitity is not well staffed. Coffee pot was broke and tech could not speak english, TV would not turn on with switch covered by maids. Phone was difficult and it is a long walk to your counter for us with bad feet..Be more considerate older customers to make a remote location work."
