Excellent property set in perfect location. We had a great time at the casino and walking the boardwalk and the beach. Drinks at the carousel bar are highly recommended. Good selection of food available on the property and a short walk away as well. Only issue we had was there are a lot of homeless people who try to get money from you along the boardwalk. The hotels and casinos do what they can to keep them from hanging out in front of them.

Casino is in the middle of the boardwalk.good location. Room was in the tower and new modern vibe. The walk from the parking garage to lobby was so long. I had to lug all my bags and make several trips to the car , to get clothes or bottled water, extra items. I stayed another night without a problem but I did have to go downstairs to checkout and reapply to stay the extra night. At another casino I was able to call a number and they took care of it.

I want to say I stayed here with my family not only did they give me a dirty room but overcharged me for charges spent in their facilities. The staff and the manager were rude and unprofessional I will never spend another dollar here

Didn’t expect a lot for AC but I will never voluntarily step in here again. Stayed here a night for a conference. $220 to stay here is outrageous. The beds and pillows are terrible. The room was clean but it smells of stale cigarette smoke everywhere. Do not bother ordering anything from the Dunkin’ Donuts unless you’re prepared to wait an hour (not an exaggeration) Avoid at all costs

Overall the stay was nice, room was mostly clean ( not the carpet as much) outlets are a problem as there were none by the bed at all. Also not having a microwave is a bit annoying ,as well as not so great coffee machine. Checking in was long however the woman at the checkin was very nice. I did have a very nice view so that was appreciated .

Upon checking into my room. There was a roach on the table. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform themI had an unwanted guest in the room. They moved me to another room and it smelled like stale cigarettes and the filter was filthy! Like they have never changed the filter in over 20 years! I broke out in hives. Two staff members were rude as well. I will never return or recommend anyone to Bally's in Atlantic City, New Jersey!
