"The Belvedere Hotel is located near many excellent dining options in New York City and within walking distance of Times Square. I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location."

Receiving a reusable water bottle during check in, and the water fill up station was a nice touch. The black tap restaurant outside of the lobby was real tasty with a great vibe. The reason I gave it a 4/5 was that the rooms really need black out curtains. The slated wood blinds hardly blocked any city light and I had to sleep...
