"Beautiful architecture. Perfect walking distance for the French Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were not so great. Whenever you sat or laid down, they flattened - no cushion to them at all"

"Great location, beautiful grounds for the holidays. Tremendous amount of people though in and out looking at the tree and decorations. Extremely long lines for check in. For the amount of money paid, no nightly water in room and our room was missed for cleaning one day. Had to call multiple times to get pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and extra towels as we had 4 people in a room. During check in, no explanation of hotel, services or area. Just given key cards. I had to ask them to...
