If you have to go to the airport, don’t take their shuttle, it’s worthless. I was flying delta, (Terminal A) and the shuttle driver dumped us out somewhere in long term parking which was a full 15 minute walk to terminal A. From there you have to take the Airtrain to A, but the kicker is it doesn’t really go to A, you then take a bus. It’s then a short walk. It took 50 minutes just to get to check in from the hotel when they could just drop you off at the right terminal. The driver was a prick too, just to put icing on the turf cake they served up. My room was on the fifth floor next to the laundry and elevator. Nothing like a high capacity hotel commercial washing machine running at 330am to keep you awake. Will not be staying here ever again.

I paid for 2 breakfasts but was given only 1. Breakfast is motel like - same food everyday. Room is very poorly lit, had to keep the toilet door open just to get some light near the door. No light near wardrobe which is strangely placed far away from the bathroom. Can't even see inside the wardrobe. The listing said it has free bottled water and slippers but not there. The hotel room didn't even have a safe. The clock doesn't work, the alarm goes off even when unplugged. They can't even give you a disposable plastic spoon, they were rude and said they will charge for it.
