Who would've thought it made such a difference?!!!! This area is not the best - sketchy, located in front of a homeless shelter, right across the projects. My every need was catered for, fresh towels and soap and shampoo whenever I needed, free breakfast daily, on site laundry, snack and drinks vending machines and staff at the reception 24 hours per day.
