"We wanted a place near the airport as we had an 8 am flight with a 6 am check in. This hotel supplied that. Nothing to write home about. Just a nice room and near the airport. Not the place to use for an extended stay, in our opinion."

"The Lodge at Uxmal is a special place just outside the entrance to the archeological site so ideal for staying at to see the sound and light show at night. The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. It also has a very nice restaurant so is a great place to base exploring the Ruta Puuc from."

"I stayed for 2 weeks. I liked everything about the hotel, plus the location was perfect just 2 blocks from the Plaza Grande but still very quiet. I have no need to look for other hotels in Merida as Casona 61 was a great find. I'm booking a 2 week stay next year."

"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "
