There was no running water from 7 am until past 10 PM. We were offered buckets of water to shower which were clearly from the pool (we have pictures of their staff taking buckets of water from the pool). No offer of refund or compensation beyond free breakfast. They promised water would be on at noon, then 3 pm, then 7 pm, then 10 pm and still no water. Unbelievable. Front desk staff was rude, everyone else (cleaners, pool staff) were nice.
