"The room was comfortable, and the bed was fine. But there was only a heavy comforter. No layers to peel off. The check-in was terrible We had to wait very long in an extremely hot lobby. Then the complement Breakfast was also not much fun because it was so hot in the room"

"This colonial style hotel has character! We loved our balcony in room 319 that overlooked the street! We were a 5 minute walk to the Gran Plaza, 5 minutes to the restaurant Chaya Maya, a 10 minute walk to the giant city market, and about a 20 minute walk to Paseo De Montejo and Parque De La Plancha! "Nice quirky spot. I would stay here again, despite some shortfalls that I think could be implemented to make the experience a bit more seamless. Pods are great, though it would be nice to have some sort of sound proofing.
