"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, very close to everything. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. You should be aware of the street noise though. We slept with a sound machine which made it no problem. Location was worth the trade off. Double shutters to balcony door blocked out all natural light during the day, so it's all all or nothing situation. We kept them closed all the time to avoid letting bugs in. "This was our fifth time staying at the Hotel Santa Ana. It is a truly charming hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. It has a lovely courtyard with a small pool. However, it is not a luxury hotel. The furnishings are simple. The WiFi can be spotty. There is no elevator. Still, it is one of my absolute favorites. I look forward to returning soon."
