Staff at hotel was awesome, they went beyond to make us feel comfortable, provide us with lots of area details, they even accompany us to the church were we had a wedding. Food was great!!! People cooking and serving us were incredible!!! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!"

The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. It also has a very nice restaurant so is a great place to base exploring the Ruta Puuc from."

"This was our fifth time staying at the Hotel Santa Ana. It is a truly charming hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. It has a lovely courtyard with a small pool. However, it is not a luxury hotel. The furnishings are simple. The WiFi can be spotty. There is no elevator. Still, it is one of my absolute favorites. I look forward to returning soon."
