"Staff was great"

"The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...

"Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided. They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy. "

"Quiet location steps from the beach with good breakfasts served in the courtyard opposite the hotel. Friendly staff and all the basics in the kitchen, though we didn't cook. The mattress was excellent - not always the case in many places we stay."

"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. "

"My husband and I highly recommend. We were the first VRBO customers and we got special treats! We stayed in the Cenote suite that had a private pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and flowers. You will see many hummingbirds flying around. The hosts were very helpful with anything we needed. In 6 VRBO stays in Mexico, this was the absolute best shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. "
