"Great customer service and location but condition of the room and bathroom was very poor. Cannot control AC temperature asked for a portable fan. Shower head broken water coming out everywhere. Not much toiletries just shampoo and bar soap. No tissue paper, vanity set, no hand or face towel. No safe box, had to carry around a huge wood key chain for room key, bigger than my cross body bag Pictures very nice but not the way the room is. "
