"Old friends came for a few days to relax. Storm had hit the beach just before our arrival so the beach was not ideal but we swam & used kayaks on the flat Gulf water. Host was great re: communication & hospitality. Great area for sunsets & birdwatching. Nothing really within walking distance ; kitchen & grill were perfect for preparing our own meals. It was like staying in our own private museum - every corner of the house was a delight to look at - we felt so lucky to be there.
