"Great Experience at Ocean Riviera Paradise We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The entertainment team stood out—they kept the energy high and ensured everyone was having fun with the wide range of activities offered throughout the day. Our butler Manuel was very helpful. He took care of our dinner reservations and regularly checked in to make sure we were having the best experience possible. Dining at the resort was a highlight. With multiple restaurants to choose from, there was something for everyone. The buffet had a variety of options throughout the day. The steakhouse was a standout—not only was the food delicious, but the staff also surprised me by singing for my birthday! The Italian restaurant had great food and service, Route 66 was perfect for late-night snacks and it’s open until 6 a.m., which is perfect after a night out at the club. Another favorite was the Privilege Lounge, where Don Alfredo made sure we felt welcome every time with top-notch service. The shuttle service around the resort was convenient, though extending service until at least midnight would be helpful, especially for guests returning from late-night spots to the Privilege or Eden sections. One area where the hotel could improve is the bar service. Across all bars—there were consisten waits for drinks. Overall, Ocean Riviera Paradise delivered a fun and relaxing vacation! "

"This resort is beautiful! Check in process is horrific. Concierge at desk in each building becomes very annoying. Every time you pass them they are trying to sell you something club membership, excursions etc"

"Lots of activities and things to do for our kids (ages 4, 6, 8). Everyone has a really good time. We really enjoyed the food, I have a food allergy and all of the all inclusives ice been to they were the best at dealing with it. We would definitely go back to a palace resort."
