"We loved most everything about this property except the food wasn’t great and EVERYTHING on property closed down by 11pm. No alcohol after 11pm or before 10am. And the food (besides Mexican) was sub par. But worth it for location, cleanliness and entertainment. "

"The property was fantastic. The Drive up was a little off putting because the road was in disrepair. The once we got there everything was great. The staff was helpul with every thing we asked. The food was good not great. some restaurants better than others. All in all a wonderful trip"

From the moment we arrived, Karla Jasso, who is part of the concierge team, made sure our check-in was seamless. "Great resort with everything close by"

"This property was amazing. The staff was so hospitable & extremely accommodating. The food surpassed my expectations. Even the buffet had amazing, authentic Mexican food. The restaurants were all great, I was went to all of them and was never bored of the food or service. This is a calmer resort which is exactly what I was looking for. It is a huge property though & I believe the other side was a bit more high energy. The beach is rocky, definitely recommend water shoes are brought. But overall I loved it, I already planned my next trip there"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The property is beautiful, we loved seeing all the animals. Our room was clean and the housekeepers always did a great job. The pools were nice/clean and we never had issues with finding chairs. Our favorite thing was the beach. It was STUNNING, so so beautiful. The sand was soft and calm, crystal clear water. The staff was great, very accommodating, especially with helping use find food options for our child with autism. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"My only complaint would be that there's no smoking anywhere on the resort, and alot of the exterior access is gated off, so you may have to walk 400 meters for a dart, rather than 50, if gates were open. "
