"Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful."

"Disappointed about two items 1.- Hotel website indicates onsite parking - this is not accurate as the parking is 6 blocks away at another hotel's parking lot. 2.- Breakfast service was not available at 7:00 AM. My expectation is that on a weekday day this service is a must-have for business people Otherwise, a very interesting historic place to stay in. Excellent location for folks who want to spend time in downtown Queretaro at night exploring. "
