"Beautiful lobby entrance and wonderful staff throughout. Depend on who I travel with if I was to come back. The swimming areas are limited as compared to other resorts we have stayed at as well as limited beach access for longer walks or exploration. Many restaurants to choose from, all very good. Rooms were clean, great balcony views but sky bar area was not cleaned each evening so morning lounging was with garbage ran dirty patios."

"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. Pools were clean and the entertainment staff fun and friendly. A bell rings at the pool when a whale is spotted if u r there...

"This is my favorite place I have stayed in the world. The views are amazing, the food is delicious, and the amenities are top notch. Best of all is the service. From Alan at the pool to Simon at breakfast, they provide exceptional service while being personable and fun. We have been twice and are already planning our third visit."

"The location is great, with lots of places to walk to, but not as crazy and loud as the romatic zone (but thats within walking distance too!) The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside we found is that the pool closes at 7 pm."
