"We stayed the first week of April and the hotel was busy but not crazy crowds. We couldn't swim in the ocean only for the first day of our week long stay as they had the red flag up due to strong waves. The rest of the days they had yellow flag and a warning about some jellyfish, but we swam anyway. The lifeguard was on duty the entire time and there were other people swimming even though there were mild waves. The water was fantastic. Lots of loungers with sun umbrellas on the beach and...

"The staff was great and were very attending always checking to see if we needed anything. The Italian restaurant had fantastic food. One thing that I did not like was the bathroom layout it was difficult to reach for the toilet paper. I would recommend they do something different with the layout."

"This was our first holiday as a family of five. We have three young kids between 7 months and 7 years. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We have traveled often over the years, and never done the “all inclusive” route - that is now forever changed because of this property. "Property was beautiful! Buffet & Snack Bar were great, we really enjoy the variety and the staff were fantastic! Ala Carte’s Italian - was ok, they need to do better with their menu. Capri - Steak House was really good. Spanish - was good. Japanese - Sushi only - very disappointing. The adult pool area was nice but the need to have activities on the adult only side. One thing we thought was weird is they had the swim up pool bar on the family side and nothing on the adult side. Not sure why...
