"Our first trip to Puebla, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "No doubt it was a nice hotel, room 1140 was spacious, but the bathroom looked old. Food was good and service was fast as there were very few other guests. The only little detail, Francisco, our waiter, promised he’ll provide a receipt of our consumption for a fiscal invoice, but that never happened."
