"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. "A nice location near the river, with pleasant local staff. However there are no facilities at the hotel, only the room. It is a good 15 minute walk to town, the hotel cannot provide any transport. There was no hot water. There were several better options in Batapista"
