"Superb location and excellent size to get around conveniently. Everything was great except the food was subpar. As expected at AI’s but with paying for the Premium Level I would have hoped it was better than average. Although there are 3 great dinner options within a couple blocks. Tours arranged by resort were excellent. "

"Everyone was very friendly &helpful. Beautiful beaches. Property was well maintained. The only thing I would recommend having dining options after 10pm. There was room service for a fee."

"Not the newest but the management did an absolutely amazing job to keep everthign up-to-date. Clean, convenient. Entertainment were great. Pool activities daily. Resort app is very helpful. Staffs are so friendly that yreat us like family. I am going back next year. Best place and best services. "

"Room was wonderful, very clean and everything you needed. Rain shower and big bubble tub. Fridge being stocked was hit and miss, but bar was close. Lots of bars. Lots of activities. Musical guests were ok. Food was good for the most part. Property was way away from everything in the area. $85 pesos ride to town. Not really convenient to walk anywhere from the resort. Staff was good mostly. Some bar tenders were not nice. Pool water was very warm. Chairs at the pool were often saved and left...

"The people who work there are very polite and if you need help they are glad to help. Wasn’t happy in the building , for the repairs they doing a lot of noise also the need to work on the cleaning of the rooms."
