"Castle Inn was safe, clean and economical. Our only complaint was a wet towel was left on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that the room was very clean, it was safe and had free parking."

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean and neat. The hotel and rooms were very run down. although it seems as though renovating has been happening it could use some general repairs and paint. In the two days we were there the elevator was out of order twice as was the ice machine on multiple floors. Having the parking lot and access to the rooms behind gates only accessible to hotel guests was very reassuring. I never felt unsafe. "

"The nearby blocks felt very safe, even in early evening & offer nice food options. Travel to the financial district was straightforward via bus using a Clipper card. It was by far the best value option for me, with a comfortable bed and decent size room. Overall I was happy with my stay. My room was a bit noisy on a few nights, with busy bars & their music etc. clearly heard through the windows.
