Was skeptical about booking this property because of the online reviews but took a chance given the Hilton brand name behind it. There were urine stains on the walls in the bathroom by the toilet and sink which was an upsetting turnoff. I can deal with outdated rooms and hard bed pillows but visible body fluid is a hard NO.

The AC/Heater was not working in our Unit. I was only there for a couple of nights, so I didn't take the time to call maintenance. The shower was missing something. I don't know what it was. I had the crab and shrimp roll at the Boathouse and it lacked flavor. The calamari was a hit oily

While it has potential due to its unique location the property is poorly maintained. I was in room 3120. The popcorn ceiling was poorly done: you could see the drywall sheets though the thin coat of popcorn. Above the desk the popcorn sheet was coming undone falling off the ceiling. The door tag had only 1 message:"Do not disturbe" on both sides not like others hotels where you would let the facility know that you are out and they can enter to clean the room. Needless to say my room did not get cleaned and did not get fresh towels because I did not pay attention to the door tag I left out while I was off the property. The sliding door leading to the outside was very hard to open/close with very rusty track. I used the restaurant and I paid with my credit card for dinner; at the checkout I noticed one of the restaurant charges were added to my room charge even though it was payd with my credit card. I called my credit card company and repotred the double chage. I WIL NOT RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY I will not return

Convenient location if you plan on exploring lots of different spots in the Bay Area. Beautiful view of the SF Skyline. The rooms are old and a little beat up. The hotel could use a renovation, but it’s still a solid place to stay, with easy on-site parking. The employees are terrific, in a good mood, and the service we received was great.
