"We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we intended on doing. The rooms were relatively clean. A couple of things to note, if you choose a premiere room they are located on the other side of the property and it’s a bit of a hike. They do tell you an alternate way once you get settled though. The rooms are very warm. Luckily they have fans and the shower head is very low. I’m only 5’5 and I felt they were extremely low. All of these things would not deter us from staying...

"We stayed for 3 nights, beds are comfortable, room was clean, toiletries are not well stocked enough to use during the duration of our stay. Negative note the bathtub drain clogged on the first night until the end of our stay. Room walls were thin you can hear people walking in the hallway, sneezing, coughing from room/s away. Walking in the lobby was nice, fresh smell along with scent of food from the restaurant and coffee from Starbucks. But when you get floors, you get a scent of nostalgia,...

"Great location and airport shuttle. Room/suite was more than comfortable. I appreciated the little balcony and a generous happy hour. It was wonderful to have the trail to wander along the waterfront right by the hotel. I'd definitely select this hotel again when flying out of SF"

"The property is ok as compared with other Hyatt we’ve been to. The pool is supposed to be “heated “ but not really and it was still cold as ice. The jacuzzi that we looked forward to using doesn’t even make bubbles enough to massage our sore bodies. Overall staff service is OK. Nothing really special for a Hyatt. One night is good. Maybe someday we’ll be back but chances are very slim."
