"We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental...

"My family (my husband and me plus four 20-something children) spent the week of Christmas here. Best. Vacation. Ever. This house was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to be together or not. Well equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook for ourselves (I easily managed a rib roast and homemade pies for Christmas dinner here because there were roasting pans, pie plates, and even a pastry blender already there!) "We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. I cannot stress how conveniently located this property is. We will be back!! :) "

"Felicity's home was the perfect place for our retreat. The common spaces were spacious allowing eight of us to easily come together in the comfortable abundant seating in the main living space and around the dining table. The four bedrooms all contained comfortable warm bedding and mattresses with an extra private room for one of us. The hot tub was clean and heated perfectly -- a big plus we look for in our annual retreats. IN addition, it was a true pleasure communicating with Felicity...

"I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time. "

"We are walkers so enjoyed accessing Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Ferry to Coronado all on foot. Authentic neighbourhood which we prefer. Communication with property management and owner efficient and timely. Incredibly well equipped home. Thoughtful snack awaiting us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms excellent. Loved the city and felt very lucky to have found this home. "

"The description of this condo was spot on. It really is just across the road from Disney property. The Disneyland Hotel is really close and then just zip through Downtown Disney and you are at the parks. This saved us from having to rent a car or uber. The bedrooms are both upstairs. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Disneyland in the future."
