"Everything was absolutely perfect. We are a family of four and our dog and it was very cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Communication for check in was great as well. "

Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely."

"This property is a bit older, though many things inside have been re-done. If you are looking for somewhere close to Snow Summit, you can't beat the location. Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably. Since the condo is a little older, there are some things that felt like they could be cleaned up a bit, like small holes in the wall or old carpet and paint. "Holds all our 5 or 6 people easily. and can handle dogs. plenty of room. has the basic necessities. Good location for multiple ski resorts. Very budget friendly."

"Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better."

"Booked this place to celebrate my wife’s 40th, her only request was that she wanted a hot tub. Original listing advertised a hot tub however upon arrival the hot tub was frozen and not operating. Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so...

"We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. We brought our 3 and 5 year old and the property was magical! Sleds were provided where we could play in the backyard and slide down hills! We were able to have snowball fights and build snowmen! The location was perfect because it was about 5 minutes to some restaurants and coffee shops!"

"Beautiful home with a spacious layout and wonderful surprises. Record player, foosball table, and piano were all a hit with the kids. Only thing missing from the listing was the swingset shown in the photos, but kids got over that once they went on a “hike” in the backyard. Check-in and communication was definitely slower than average. Two emails - one through VRBO and another reply directly to the booking email (that stated to respond to that email) - went unanswered. "We stayed at this Alpine Family home with friends (8 total) and it was as described & more. The home was even more beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared than the photos! Jess was an excellent host, who provided us with a fun snowmobile ride with our things & made the experience wonderful for our families-4 adults, 2teens & 2 ten year olds & dog the location was perfect! We are grateful & looking forward to planning the next visit!"
