"I highly recommend just staying at the holiday inn across the street for only like $10 more a night. The lack of quality isn't necessary the worst part, not everyone wants a 5 star hotel. However, we continuously got locked out of our room because our keys stopped working (5 key replacements). In addition to construction and drilling in the ceiling/walls at 6 am, there were often men yelling in the middle of the night. The worst part, they tried to charge me an extra $300 after I had left and...

"Just very dated. There is lots of rust on the stainless in the bathroom, the rug is worn and the furniture has scratches in multiple places. It does seem that they tried to make this area secure and there is no visible trash and no loitering of anyone suspicious. "

"check-in was easy. love that they have ev chargers on site. it's a must have these days. bed was comfy enough. i didn't interact much with the staff beside the receptionist at the front desk. my overall rating was 4 stars due to the lack of closet, there was none. "

"The rooms are standard, staff was nice and helpful, the lobby is a great gathering spot for large groups. Location is great, right in downtown. The only down sides are that our room faces the train tracks, some noice from trains. Also only one elevator and quite slow. Overall a good stay. "
