"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"Great location, loved the jacuzzi in the room, and the view from the big shared patio just in front of the room. The fridge made a weird noise most of the time but we never complained (was almost a white noise). They told us to put out a door hanger to indicate if we wanted the room cleaned. We didn’t have the door hanger and asked the cleaning person in person (she was right next door), and we also later called the front desk. We had to ask a third time to finally get service. Also, no ice...
