The hotel had walking distance access to dining and the waterfront. There is a nice little bar on the ground floor. There is access to candy and limited snacks on the premises.It would be better to have some hot food ( burgers,wings,fries etc.) The overall experience was good and I would stay there again!

The staff were amazing, but there was construction going in right outside our room. The noise woke us up around 5am and the kids or I couldnt sleep. I also did not receive any VIP upgrades or benefits.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Caza Hotel in San Francisco was the worst I’ve ever had. First, the customer service was terrible. When I informed them I had a dog, they unexpectedly charged a $100 per night pet fee, claiming it was Expedia’s policy, though there was no mention of it anywhere. I had no choice but to pay. The room was in poor condition: dirty carpet, an unclean bathroom, and a noisy AC that made it impossible to sleep. When I requested a room change, they said it was only possible if I paid more. Parking was another issue. They initially quoted $65 but said they’d “do me a favor” and reduce it to $38. Later, I found out $38 was the standard price listed on their website no favor at all. Safety was also a concern. At 5 PM, the hotel locked its doors, requiring a room key to enter. When I accidentally left mine behind and asked the front desk to let me in, they ignored me, leaving me stuck outside until my husband arrived. Overall, this was a terrible experience. If you’re considering staying here, save your money and choose one of the many better hotels nearby.
