All the staff were friendly particularly the guys at the front door. We ate in the Blue Mermaid restaurant which had a wide choice of food and drinks and had great atmosphere. Location was great close to Cable cars, Blazing Saddles bike rental and only ten minute walk from Alcatraz tour boat. All in all an excellent hotel for a short tourist stay in...
