"Great location! Even though our room was ready, they wanted to charge us $40 to get in early at 3 pm instead of 4. I’ve been to large chains and have never had this issue. If it’s ready, what’s the big deal?! Room could use a little love and paint. One elevator was down so only one working.. and it was extremely slow. Concierge was great as was bell guy. Front desk was cordial but not what I’d consider friendly. For the price, overall, a good stay. "

"Great location and airport shuttle. Room/suite was more than comfortable. I appreciated the little balcony and a generous happy hour. It was wonderful to have the trail to wander along the waterfront right by the hotel. I'd definitely select this hotel again when flying out of SF"

"The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Guest services staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was included, and the spread was very nice. Nothing was lacking, the stay was very pleasant. Will definitely be back. "
